Last week I had the opportunity to share a case study and a few lessons learned about “Building a movement using social media”. In the video I walked through the steps, approaches and impact of one all-volunteer organization that used social media to not just communicate out but rather support and build their community. This subtle but significant shift allowed them to run an exciting and engaged campaign and set the foundation for building a movement that continues to thrive.
